From 30th October 2023, Call-In Homecare is growing to 10 branches across Scotland. This marks an exciting new business chapter with many companies within the Clece Care Services Group novating to be part of the Call-In team. Our branches are now:

- Call-In Homecare East Lothian
- Call-In Homecare Midlothian
- Call-In Homecare East Lothian
- Call-In Homecare Lanarkshire
- Call-In Homecare Glasgow
- Call-In Homecare West of Scotland
- Call-In Homecare Inverclyde
Over the past few months, we have been working hard to ensure this transition is smooth and, ultimately that the care we provide is not affected. Our team have been consulted and have taken an active role in this business development, ensuring all our colleagues are supportive and proud to wear the Call-In Homecare badge.
This growth will allow our Scotland team to work more efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of Service Users. Additionally, it allows us to provide a great deal more support to colleagues. Creating a homogenous governance, finance, HR, communications and leadership team, Call-In Homecare is led by industry experts. Alongside this support, our teams remain operationally independent. This ensures each office retains a strong investment in providing a positive working culture for their team and meeting high care outcomes.
We wish to assure friends of Call-In Homecare that there will be no redundancies or changes to services or office colleagues. The only changes Service Users and Care Assistants of our new branches will see is the Call-In Homecare logo on ID badges and uniforms – pictured below:
