We additionally offer three days of free training, shadow shifts for new Care Assistants, training in areas where Care Assistants feel they need updated support and a funded SVQ in Health and Social Care Level 3. This prioritisation on training and fair wages ensures our team are highly skilled, and we retain great team members.
